Apparently he got hurt when he passed to Cisco for that 3, but tried to gut it out. It looked bad (Oh, I hope not). He could barely walk off the court. Really slow and having to keep stopping.

It isn't a dislocation. Grant called it a "hip pointer."

All I know is it gave me goosebumps watching him writhe on the floor in obivous pain. Pete Youngman was there and when Hart got up, they were looking at his upper left hip. Hart tried to walk and had to stop - twice. As the camera left the court, they were saying Hart would have to be carried off...

Well this sucks...

Yeah sucks Jason got hurt, and while there was plenty of bad there was some good.

That ball movement looks to be stabilizing. I think Rick needs to settle on Reef,Brad, and Peja together if thats the lineup they are going to play and start them from now on. They looked a little lost after only starting one game together.

I actually got to see the game, read it was on one of the LP channels, showing pre-season games free (I don't have it yet). Raced downstairs. Coulda watched Spurs/Pacers which was on just before the Kings game, didn't know though. We got out-hustled quite a bit in this game, pretty sloppy 4th, but oh well. Meaningless game. I thought we would of played a bit better though. Peja had probably his best game production-wise, came alive in 2nd qtr into the 2nd half. Carmelo had a good run there, but he's hard to stop in general, not like that's new. Loved Bonzi/SAR/Brad/Hart/KT/Skinner. I don't care if SAR got a T :). The Denver guards were quite good (Though Miller's FGs weren't good at all), Bibby had a bunch of trouble with them, but I liked he got 9 assists. Hart played them tough. I also noticed very good ball movement, and yeah, Rick does need to play that line-up (which will be the starting line-up) more this pre-season.

That was quite scary about Hart, let's just hope it isn't serious....

Good thing, is that the next game isn't till Saturday, so he'll have 3 or 4 days rest. Along with the team in general to rest, but practice for most of those days I'd think ;).

I actually liked Reef getting that T. Those were some BS calls IMO. I don't know how they can let Shaq maul his defender in the post and get no fouls, yet Shareef Abdur-Rahim hardly does it and he gets foul after foul.

With the volume of injuries this preseason to other teams we should be lucky we made it this far. C'mon, we all knew it was coming.

didnt get to see the game but seemed exciting at the end. i was shocked to read afterwards that we didnt have kmart, nene, and camby and then elson and najera fouled out? who the hell did we have out there?

good game guys. sorry about hart.

To follow-up on the Hodge situation:

Karl backs Hodge

Karl said the Nuggets would try to keep things normal for rookie guard Julius Hodge

in light of the accusation that he attempted to sexually assault a woman last week. No charges have been filed.
"Until anything really gets serious, I think right now we're in a speculative game," Karl said. "We're going to support him. It's a tough thing being like that for anybody. We just want to give him a family support and let it be known that we're there for him if he wants to talk. I think some of the players already have talked to him."

Hodge declined to comment Tuesday. He did not play Tuesday, but Karl said that was largely because of the rotation he had set for the game.

Still early in what really happened there, I, like many others don't think he did anything. It's quite uncharacteristic of him if so.
