Kings out:
Tyreke Evans
Francisco Garcia

Kings in:

Wilson Chandler
Jared Dudley
PHX 1st Top 5 Protected

Why: Tyreke has been a huge dissapointment since his sophmore season. Trade him and Garcia's expiring for two players that would fit very well with what we have already. Plus a first rounder

Lineup:
Thomas/Brooks/Fredette
Dudley/Thornton/Salmons
Chandler/Johnson/Outlaw/Honeycutt
Thompson/Robinson
Cousins/Hayes

PHX out:
Jared Dudley
1st Top 5 protected

PHX in:
Tyreke Evans

Why: Get a young player that needs a fresh start. Could be a nice fit next to Dragic.

Den out:
Wilson Chadler

Den in:
Francisco Garcia

Why: Iggy and Galinari will eat up most of the minutes at SF and Chandler is better than a 3rd SF. They trade him away for a nice expiring.

What do you all think of something like this?

No I have not. Would you mind actually contributing instead of insulting me?
You are basically giving away an expiring and Tyreke for scraps. The names that normally come with a Tyreke trade are in the Granger to Parker area. If we trade Tyreke, it will be for someone of more value.

You are overvaluing Tyreke. Nobody will ever give us someone on the level of Parker or Granger for Tyreke. Chandler and Dudley are the perfect fits for this team. Tyreke simply does not fit on this team and frankly is not worth the kind of money he will demand after the season. A starting lineup of Thomas/Dudley/Chandler/Thompson/Cousins would fit together almost perfectly. All we would need is a true PG.

maybe that was true before but we would be lucky to get back even dudley and chandler at this point.

Value thats dropping. You couldnt trade Evans for Rubio, Curry, Jennings, Lawson or Holiday at this point.

I love Dudley but the whole point of adding him, for me at least, is to build around Reke/Cousins.
Chandler is a good player but pretty much a why bother sort of addition. A smaller James Johnson with a better IQ?
A first round pick is nice but top 5 protected, and on an already young team, you see how much (little) the last 2 drafts have helped.

Dont want Dudley. Sure he can shoot, but hes slow. Slow guys get beat off the dribble. When the small forwards of the league go right around Dudley that will put the kings in a situation of the other teams most athletic finisher (typically) against Cousins or one of our 3 other bigmen. It puts one of our bigs in a 2 on 1 situation. What im trying to say is i think Dudley is a big chink on the Kings defensive armor. Our defense isnt built on shotblocking.

I don't buy that. Maybe 10 years ago when he was a fat college PF, but he's become a perfectly acceptable defender at the swing positions. Dudley isn't a great athlete, but he defends much better than any of Thornton/Brooks/Jimmer/Garcia. I've watched Dudley plenty of times and would say he's a poor man Battier, rather than a turnstile who will get beat to the basket.

Agree or disagree on Dudley as a player, no assessment of Dudley warrants him being the centerpiece for the Kings involving a Tyreke Evans trade.
Neither one of the players could be considered the center piece. Both of these guys are the type of players you go for in free agency. This would be moving sideways at best.

I don't see it as being sideways move. Dudley and Chandler FIT better than Tyreke does. Dudley plays solid D and hits 3s at at 40% rate.

The reason we need a three point shooter/defender is to support Tyreke's lack of a jump shot. I don't see getting rid of him and adding Dudley helping much. Chandler is solid, but then so is Tyreke.

Some people still think that Tyreke has high trade value that can net a semi allstar in the Granger/Parker range.

Others think that at this point he is a role player who will command role player value in the Dudley/Chandler range.
