Rockets @ Kings Game Thread

Kings played a great 2nd half on their way to a crucial road victory on the quest for the golden pineapple. Kings at 33-40 still with a chance for the winning season and note that I have written - only a chance because it will snow in hell much sooner. Kings have been playing .500 ball being very consistent in keeping their record around 7 games below .500. With 9 games left and 6 of them at home, Kings are looking to upset someone who is fighting for the playoffs. Kings will also have 3 back to back sets.

We beat the Sonics as a payback since they did the same to us. In the game where nobody defended - we managed to score more and get to the line. Sonics will suck themselves into another top 3 pick. Lucky them.

Marshal gets the SAR - Methuselah award

WTF moment of the game is the rotation by Muss Junior

Rockets are next and they are playing for something. They got killed in San Antonio and they will be looking to make that up. We played already 3 times this season and eah team won at home. We match up well with them and if we contain McGrady we will have a chance. Rockets are only 3 and 4 since their 537 game winning streak. Every win is crucial for them but we will do everything to stop tjem in our quest for the golden pineapple. Scola gets the TDM, TMac gets the LW-VC and why not - Kings win.

I will be at a conference starting this Thursday and I will miss the lakers game and the game thread. It sucks because I don't remember missing one of those since 1999 but this wasn't my call. I will tape the game and watch it win or win.

Since I won't be doing the game thread - I will leave You with this and I hope You like it since I am not an editing expert yet. Some of You have probably been at this game in person. Enjoy !

Piksi...Why why did you have to post that video. What a great memory and a depressing one all at the same time. We should have won that series and we were robbed…Man, that was a TEAM, from the coach all the way to the players. The Arco crowd killed it. I miss those days…We really have to retire Vlade’s jersey.
 
I will be at the game to see the Kings and Bobby J and Rick Adelman. All of this is thanks to Ryle. I'm so excited. I haven't been to a Kings game in months.

im glad everyones in a peachy mood. on the way to loss #65 of the season. no one is going to stop mcgrady because rons defense has struggled all year. scola will be player of the game with 28 rebounds and alston will re-live his playground days on anthony johnson with a dazzling array of crossovers. the loss wont matter because we're gona find a way to win another game and screw ourselves into the 16th pick.
 
Why shouldn't people be in a good mood, we're losing but it's not the end of the world...should they be depressed 24/7 instead?

ps. if we're out of the playoffs and in the lottery we can't get the 16th pick ;)

i was being sarcastic with the 16th pick. i shouldve said the 45th pick. maybe my sarcasm wouldve been a little more obvious. we'll probably end up with the same pick as last year.

it looks like you're following the trail of tyranny through kingsfans.com. lol. im just posting like everyone else. if you dont like my comments then why are you replying to them? the game is kings vs. rockets and i gave my take. give yours and kindly move forward please :D

Brad was having a nice game and was a big part of building the Kings lead. Now he blows it big time with a big turning point in the game.:mad:

I guess the more things change the more they stay the same, Oh and Angela Tsai is still flat out horrible. She was shaking her head like a wild animal when she interviewed those season ticket holders.
 
Brad went in for a driving lay up. He missed the easy shot which almost anybody over 6'8 would have dunked. Argued with ref saying something to get first tech. After the play he appeared to hack Dikembe M. who rejected his shot which on replay was clearly a foul. Brad continued to ***** in front of Rockets bench and finally got tossed.

Thats what really makes me mad when it comes to brad, is all of that extra whining and crap neccessary?
 
Did anyone just see that play just now where martin cut and would have had a dunk by shelden didnt see him? THAT is where we miss brad the most, the simple plays like that.
