Not the way it works -- people often don't understand what the idiot lawyers are doing. Someone brings you a case, you fight it for them. Doesn't matter about your own feelings -- that's the key to the system. If the lawyers only took cases they agreed with, or only tried when they liked somebody, then the lawyers would be playing judge and jury and people never get their day in court.
You could then perhaps shift it over to the idiot judges, but in theory, in THEORY, the judegs are supposed to merely try to apply the laws as written. Of course the problem being that in America we intentionaly write laws vaguely so as to allow details to be settled in the courts.
So maybe you could perhaps then shift it over to the writers of those laws, at which point you are blaming the idiot politicans, who always make a good target. But of course in theory, in THEORY the politicians are supposed to be making laws according to what their constiuents want, and certainly in THEORY they should be voted out if they don't.
At which point the blame gets shifted over to the real problem: the idiot citizens. You are the idiots.
