Reggie Miller

Kingster

Hall of Famer
If we change coaches, he's the only guy I can think of that I would really be excited about getting. So what if we copycat Dallas. I'd love to see this guy as head coach. Give him a couple of X & O assistants and let him go to work. He would have instant credibility with players, unless they were demented. He communicates. He's a leader. He's a fighter. And he certainly has a lot of guts. I have no idea whether he would want to coach, but if I were the Maloofs I'd give the guy a ring.

PS I didn't realize he overcame a leg deformity that he had as a young man.

Interesting idea...however, I'd like to see him be an assistant for a little while, before he pulle dthe head coaching role...there is a big learning curve involved to calling ALL the shots.

I don't have a problem with experimental hirings as long as it isn't head coach. We can't be experimenting every year on some noob.
