Is it possible to sign him? He's got championship experience and toughness, which this team will need over a long season and as it attempts to grow into a playoff contender. He can immediately bring the shooting we need, and be a good mentor for Mclemore.

It is only 'possible' to sign Ray Allen, in the sense that he is an unrestricted free agent, and so it is therefore 'possible' for any team to sign him. But he would not sign here. If Ray Allen plays in the NBA in 2014-15, it will almost certainly be for Cleveland.
