Qualifying offers made to Songalia, Evans

"Petrie also announced that the team had extended qualifying offers to Darius Songaila and Maurice Evans, making them restricted free agents. In addition, guard Cuttino Mobley officially opted out of his contract, making him a free agent."

So the roster begins to take shape.....
