We're running pick-and-rolls but our ball handlers are never hitting the rollers off their screens. That last play, we rand a Gile-Fox PnR and got Giles open but Fox lobbed it over to Bjeli for a three for some reason.

They miss Bogi on the pick and roll. Fox is a good Guard but he doesn’t run an office like Bogi.

I think the whole team needs to practice pick and roll. A lot goes into executing it properly and we are definitely not executing it properly (in the rare moments we attempt it)

They are still the same shots you would find littering that very informative break down of last years offense. They are out of rhythm but the much bigger concern is the proverbial crackhead going back to the same pipe over and over.

Bagley needs the pass delivered to him at the right time, he makes himself available in a scoring position but the window is so short and is mostly missed by our ball handlers. I have a feeling that if someone would find him at the right time when he makes those little runs, cuts, he would finish. It just seems that we don't have that level of passing/court awarness...
