I think I might be able to figure out which one would be fully, and undeniably, supported by @Joshyjosh31...
But, yeah, I'll pass on all of them.
Haha yep. Let’s definitely go for Zion. It’s not like he is any legal trouble …

I like lavine for Murray and jones down in New Orleans and saves us another 3 mil
Looks like we got Eubanks as Domas backup. I remember he had a few games with the Spurs where he manhandled both Bagley and Holmes on the boards.
So assuming no other trades. I'd bet that Davis is not on the roster.
Sabonis/Jones/Maxime
Keegan/Saric
Demar/Nique
LaVine/Keon/Carter
Schroder/Monk
Kings typically go into season with 14 guys. Which means room for 2 more additions.
Looking at the league, I could see Boucher, Precious Achiuwa coming in as the backup 4 spot.
Boston just got Minot he would have been my target as a young guy who hasn't had an opportunity. Another guy maybe Jabari Walker, Kai Jones. IMO sign a young guy who may have some potential.
I’m aware MPJ was dealt to the Nets. That’s why I have “BKN” in my post and not “DEN.”MPJ has been dealt to the nets today.
No chance for jaylen
no realistic chance for Zion.
The Jazz just dumped two no defense guards, they aren't going to take on LaVine.
The only realistic one is the portland one imo. I dont think the blazers take on a ball dominant guard, as they freed up touches for their young talents by trading simons, though.

Plan is to lose, obviously.Yeah, he's not bad. Whew what a downgrade at C though. The Kings better have a long term plan here because trying to replace Fox with Schroder and even Jonas with Eubanks is crazy.
Absolutely anybody. Demar is a black hole on offense hence why he literally has zero market. As I posted in the draft day thread, Nique Clifford's mid-range jump shot looks a lot like DeRozan's. Who better to mentor the kid from Colorado?

If we are being honest with ourselves. If healthy this line up without monk is still winning 35-40 games.
Schroeder,Ellis, carter
Lavine,Ellis, clofford
Derozen,cliford
Murray,jones,raynaud
Sabonis,raynaud,eibanks

I can sleep easy knowing we're in good hands if we ever run into a situation where Bagley and Holmes need to be manhandled on the boards again.

Eubanks is a bit better of a fit for Schroder though. JV was all carry an offense in the post whereas Eubanks is all roll man.

Yeah, if the strategy is to "win now", this is looking ugly without some impactful follow-up moves. If the strategy is to rebuild, it seems silly to pursue veteran players that will get in the way of younger talent down the bench. But if the strategy is to float through the first half of next season and sell off DeMar and LaVine at the deadline, I suppose it makes sense; good luck selling it to the fanbase in the meantime, though. Especially if the Kings are, like, 6-10 to start the season.
Maybe this strategy is what you get when the GM knows you need a rebuild and the owner resists it.Yeah, if the strategy is to "win now", this is looking ugly without some impactful follow-up moves. In fairness not sure we can say that point yet. Getting long athletic forwards is hard unless you are trading a long athletic forward. You don’t see a ton of guard for long athletic forward trades. Picking in the 20’s they are pretty hard to find so his Clifford draft is somewhat understandable.well, so far it appears Scott Perry has the same “long athletic forward” allergy that Monte had.
I'd say it was an easier path to building a real roster.
