Are you serious? Not fun in a playoff game nail bitter way..fun in, wow, that was relaxing and actually enjoyable to see us end a game with our bench in and not vise versa.

Certainly a game we should have won big.

The Hawks didn't even show up. Mental mistakes in the first quarter got them down and they were just going through the motions the rest of the game.

But, we needed a game like that for a change.

It was nice to see our offense run smoothly through Miller again. How long that will last, we'll have to see.

"Provide instant offense off the bench" is about the only reason (well, and make rookies buy cake) to want Corliss on the floor to me as well. Let me check something...okay this year he's getting 8 pts 3 rb in 17 minutes and shooting 54%. Good work Corliss. So he might be taking every shot he thinks he can make, but the % says he's right more often than anyone else he might pass to. Its not really hypocritical to judge the bench guys a little different than the starters, seems like teams always need an instant offense guy. Wish we still had Bobby so we'd have a TWO blackhole bench attack, that'd be awesome. BJax wouldn't be passing to Cisco for the corner 3 either.

Interesting stat from this contest. Though everyone collectively agrees that the Hawks stink, they are only one game behind the kings in the standings now, as they were tied at 8-9 entering the game. Ouch.

It takes all kinds to make a message board...

And once you've been here longer, you'll see that some of us are more ... well, manic depressive comes to mind as the nearest possible way to explain.

There are a lot of us who have been fans since the very beginnings in the 80s. We've seen the bottom of the barrel and we actually got the glimpse of the path to the top of the mountain.

We may appear sometimes to be negative or cynical, but you need to know that underneath it is a deep and abiding love for this team. If we didn't have that, we wouldn't be here...
