Q: Were there some encouraging signs out there?
A: That’s a tough loss. That’s real secondary to what I’m thinking right now but we played well. There are some things we won’t be able to do, it’s just going to take some time. It’s very disappointing to have lost that game, the last game of the trip.
Q: The trip started well…
A: We’ve lost tough games. We have to play just a bit better. We made the stops we needed to make tonight and we certainly did enough defensively, we just have to play better.
Q: You weren’t afraid to go to Ron (Artest) in the clutch spots, do you like what he can produce for you?
A: He can put the ball on the floor and get to the basket. I thought he was the best opportunity to get around people and make something happen.

Q: Coach went to you a lot late in the game…
A: I was surprised that he did that. I was ready for it. When you have a chance to bring a team to victory that’s a good thing. I know a couple (shots) at the end I missed, they will go down.
Q: You struggled early, is it just a question of finding your rhythm?
A: I’m just trying to get comfortable with everybody. It will come around.
Q: On losing five of six games on the road trip…
A: I can imagine how they (Sacramento) feel because of their record right now. I think you saw how we can play tonight, although Toronto is not the best team in the NBA. We have to at times show we are the better team, the more dominant team. We have to continue to get better.
Q: On playing with Mike Bibby…
A: I love it. We have to get used to playing with each other. We have different games, but I think we will complement each other.

Q: You guys fought to the bitter end…
A: Six games, three overtimes and only come out with one of them. I definitely think we should have had all three games that went into overtime, and of course tonight.
Q: Turnovers were a big difference…
A: We had have 17 (20) turnovers and they only had eight. That’s a big stat in this game at this level.
Q: The team wasted a good night on the boards…
A: Turnovers are a big key. We weren’t really getting stops until three or four minutes left when they (Toronto) finally got to 100 (points). We locked up and got the stops that we needed.
Q: On Ron Artest…
A: He definitely brings an attitude, and is another guy that can really get into the game and possibly take over like he showed at times tonight.
