So, anybody been playing any cards lately? I still prefer PokerStars.com, but haven't been doing much but breaking even, of late.

BTW - Anyone seen AceKingSuited lately? I have not seen him in like....forever. He is the one that got me started playing and now that I am hooked.........he disappears. Seriously, I wanted to make sure he knew about the KingsFans.com get-together. I told him I'd let him know the next time I'd be in Sac.

I've been playing but haven't done too much good, either. My once pretty hefty "play money" balance is down to about 150,000. I've promised myself I'm not going to even enter any SNG's until I get it back up over 250,000.

I'll keep an eye out for AKS. I have him on my buddy list so I'll do a "find a player" whenever I'm at pokerstars.

Had some time and got to play yesterday and this morning. I'm up over $300K, but I've been pretty even over the last month or two. I only do sit'n'go's, so when I got 8th or 9th place in three straight $25000 tournaments I was getting a little worried. My problem is that I am so addicted that once I sit down and turn it on, I have to play tournaments, so I play 1 table tournaments so that it will be quick, and the 25K play money tournaments are 1 table. Then, I realize I have other stuff I need to do and I get too aggressive/stupid and go out quickly. You'd think I'd go do my errands or whatever, but no, I start another tournament and play bad again.

Anyway, it's still fun, and I'd still love to play against fellow KingsFans. But I am on so rarely that I don't even check for other players very often any more. If I see one of you there I'd always be glad to part with some chips, too. More fun for everybody!

I switched from pokerstarts to fulltiltpoker.

I played full tilt a little yesterday. I like the interface of PokerStars a lot better, FullTilt is kinda hokey, with a predetermined selection of avatars that aren't my style. Also, full tilt had far fewer play money sit'n'go's available, I managed to get into two (barely) over a three hour span of watching for new ones and trying to get in to any NLHE play money game.

I saw the private rooms, but I only saw them for real money. I don't know if they are available for play money. So for play money players, I would not recommend FullTilt based on my short visit.

The interface is a little hokey. I belong to both rooms. Fulltilt is sponsored by Phil Gordon and a bunch of other pro players, who play there regularly. Their games are open to watch.

I didn't dislike pokerstars, but too many people kept coming and going from the play money rooms. The players at fulltilt seemed to be more serious. They also have more real money games.
