I made homemade clam chowder today. I added garlic, because I love garlic. Well, apparently I may have slightly overdone the garlic. I may have to change the name of the recipe from Crockpot Clam Chowder to Crockpot Garlic Chowder w/clams.
I am reasonably sure the entire forest is now protected from vampires - and most likely will be for some time to come.
hoopsie - I don't think there's such a thing as too much garlic. The rest of the forest might feel differently, but hey - they're protected from vampires so they have no reason to complain whatsoever.

Your recipe sounds ABSOLUTELY KILLER ... I am a garlic afficionado as well ... and the two together just has me "lickin' my chops".
FYI - if you're ever at a Pizzeria Classico, you have got to try their STINKY ROSE pizza .... shrimp and baked cloves of garlic - IT'S THE BEST - I tell ya - THE BEST !!!!
