We'll see how this season plays out first.
1) Smells Like Team Spirit: everybody else seems to be pretty much on board now. Team seems united and cohesive. Except for possibly Peja. Not sure with him yet. If he ends up being the lone gloomy gus while the rest of the guys are playing inspired ball, he might not even have a chance to resign (i.e. we may decide to trade him). He needs to join the party and bring his best.
2) let's see how far we go in then playoffs, and what happens there. If we get really deep again (WCF or further) it makes a big difference and may mean that we keep the team together, or try to. And also should make it harder for Peja to decide to leave. At least in theory. If we fall well short though, flame out early, it may encourage him to renew his demands. It may also lead to a breakup of the team, which may work for keeping Peja or against keeping him depending on what pieces are moved.
3) finally, let's see how he performs this postseason. Next summer he is going to be looking for a maximum extension. If he has another major struggle in the playoffs I'm not sure we can give it to him -- hard to win a championship with a huge chunk of salary dedicated to a guy who can't help you when it matters. On the other hand if he comes through, we probably go deeper into the playoffs which sets up #2 above.
