Peja The Invisible

Yes but argueing will get us no where. It derails the thread at hand. I still want to vent about how pathetic Pedja played tonight. Not vent about why Webber's name is still brought up on both sides.

It was a JOKE!....And you're making it bigger than it was ever intended to be.

PEJA IS OFFICIALLY A "ROLE PLAYER" ON THE KINGS!!

HE HAS GREAT POTENTIAL TO ATLEAST BE THE NEXT "FRED HOIBERG" (plays for Minny T-wolves....if you don't know.)

I don't agree with that but Peja has to prove you wrong first. Hard to argue with that after tonights performance

Yeah,^ Brad always plays Yao tough too. He has to be back Sunday right?? This injury has dragged on a lot longer than we thought at first...

Interesting and yet nobody accuses Brad of being a wuss

He has too much talent to be a role player. Taht is why I am so angry at his performance tonight.

Thanks for the announcement. I assume GP will hole a press conference to confirm Your story

I think that I have a valid analogy with Peja.

Peja is very much like the kid playing in recreational soccer who wants to be goalie, but won't dive for shots. He is like the kid who wants to play shortstop in Little League baseball, but won't dive for hard infield drives. Peja won't hit the floor for loose balls because he is afraid. He has never had to get down and dirty, so he is afraid to do so.

Some of the other players need to take him behind the practice facility and beat him up. Throw him around in the dirt, and get him accustomed to the sensations. After hitting the turf, dirt, and hardwood floor, a few times he would realize that a person seldom dies from such things.

Peja is like a kid afraid to dive on the ground. He would not play goalie or sweeper on my soccer team. He is one of those "pretty" forward types that get all the credit for difficult team-wins.

It may be too late for Mr. Stojakovic.

If he comes back and gets 6 pts. and 1 rebound I will be the first one to call him one.

Brad doesn't play like a wuss on the court so it is harder to assume that he is being a wuss with his injury. With that said, I made that claim about Peja's injury and it was mistake. But if he would stop playing like a wuss on the court, people (like yours truely) wouldn't even be tempted to think about it, as they are with Brad.

Did you see where that joke led to. After that both sides brought him up.

GAH! Becasue you made it something when it was nothing to being with! What so now we can't post jokes anymore. I didn't know we weren't allowed to have fun.

"Both sides"...Come on now. But you know what, your insistence on talking about it doing the exact opposite of what you are preaching. You don't talk about it and guess what, no one else will. You certainly wouldn't get a response from me.

At lease Pedja did not go 2-21 because we would not have survived. He stopped at 2-10 ( balanced scoring 3 pts per half ;) )

It'a good that Peja recognized that his shots weren't falling and more importantly, that his shot selection was not real good. The latter, however, is not entirely his fault. Peja seems to have been ostracized from the rest of the team. It seems that Peja is being thought of as a 4th or 5th option. No player on the team is looking to get Peja the ball. Cutting or not, open or not he is not getting the ball in his hands. Is it because of his apparent lack of effort that his teammates aren't rewarding him? Is his personal life in a funk? Is his confidence hurting? Is his back still bothering him? Is it because he is backing off to let his new teammates get used to the system? Who knows. Maybe it's a little bit of everything. Right now, Peja reminds me of Nick Anderson. A really good player...once, before his head got screwed up. Maybe Peja needs to see a sports psycologist to get to the root of his problems.

Kings are on the 3 games winning streak.

We are going to have some fun here. If You can not take it - do not play :D

Peja's shot selection was not the problem tonight. At least half of those ten shots were great looks.

lol. I knew it was coming. Of course, it is never Peja's fault. Poor guy is getting picked on.

Right Reina.^ I think "both sides" know each other pretty well by now. I think we can all handle a little trash talking. We are all Die-hard Kings fans after all... if we weren't we wouldn't care so much(both sides)

Seriously do you think that a joke like that what would not get the other side going?

Anybody who once got into a fight with Shaquille Oneal is not wuss. How many confrontations or even technical fouls have Peja been involved in for all his years here? none that i can remember.

You try calling him a wuss to his face... Actualy I think Brad jsut likes watching Skinner play.

I guess he was disappointed in the 4th.

I wouldn't even dare to call Pedja a 'wuss" - because he might start crying

Yes i agree but still does not take in account of his poor rebounding today.

Wow. I guess - If You can pick a fight - You are not a wuss. He was lucky that Shaq missed. hell, Kings were lucky that Shaq missed.

BTW how about trading Pedja for Artest.

We have not have that one on almost 10 days
