Yep, due to popular demand (or at least one casual reference in a game thread), I'm going to resume doing play-by-play threads, but thanks to our Grand Poobah, JGar, it's gonna be bigger and better than ever!
Curious? Good!
If you go to the KF home page (www.kingsfans.com), you'll see a new link in the Site Navigation area. It's called "live events" and that's where you'll find tonight's PBP. It will be going live at 6:30 p.m. Mark your calendars! You don't want to miss the grand opening.
It's a work in progress and this is the first time I've ever done anything like this, so please bear with me. I know I'll make some dumb mistakes and I might miss a few plays, but we're hoping to make this a regular feature if it works out.
Just like the tried-and-true PBP, this isn't really an interactive thread although you will be able to make comments. I'm asking that you refrain from posting during the action part of the game and confine your comments to breaks such as between quarters and half-time.
Is this the kind of feature you like? Then help us ensure we're able to keep bringing you things like this. Consider becoming a contributing member and keep Kingsfans.com around as the #1 Sacramento Kings Internet Community!
Thanks for your support and let's get ready for some Kings basketball!!!
