All assistants are being let go, looking at former Kings as part of current coaching staff.

I hope Corliss is a part of that search, I think he's a really good assistant from the tidbits we got to see from him this last year. Possibly Doug and Bobby and maybe having Adelman back in some capacity as well.

Great to hear that Dave is everything we hoped he'd be. All the talk about trust, family, accountability and DEFENSE is just what the doctor ordered for this team. It's clear that Vlade and Dave are very much on the same page, and if I'm one of the Kings players - he said exactly what I wanted to hear.

As one of the biggest DMC homers on this board, if Joerger follows up on everything that he said here, there are NO excuses for Big Cuz not to bust his ass for this coach.

Wonderful and huge for us I think. I love Vivek for this... he needs to push Vlade out there as the basketball voice - hilite the unity between GM and coach - and keep himself out of it right now. No mockable quotes about Jazzband and Pace and "Dave Rocks".

Thank you Vivek you have a lot of respect from me for being a big picture guy who can learn from his PR mistakes. Big ups!!!

A coach that plays to his player's strengths is one that can evaluate talent. That is an extra pair of eyes that is going to help Vlade and Ken. I didn't trust Karl at all with personnel choices. Yea, he may be able to pick out guys to fit his 'system' , but he was clueless about the value of individual talent. Nice to hear Joerger speak as though he gets it.
