It was reported by Jim Gray during the 3:00 SportsCenter. He said that this thing at a LA restaurant happened after the Magette deal fell through. Whether it's true or not I don't know, but I find it hard to believe that Gray would make that up. It sounded as if he had spoken to the Maloofs about the whole thing.
