No. Insurance was denied because it was a pre existing condition before the trade.

I cannot imagine Nyk would want to trade a 33Mil expiring contract (Mobley) for Beno after they just picked up Larry Huges (also expiring). I could see them trading for K9's 31Mil expiring, however, maybe Jeffries + someone the Kings would want.

The trade could be Beno + K9 for Eddy Curry + someone the Kings would want like Gallinari or Chandler
