Yeah I get it. I just don't think the difference in play between the vets and younglings is all that different. Watching Mikki bounce the ball of his face or Donte Green stand around the 3 point line is like being excited your in a lesser circle of hell. Either way, it still burns.
The vets are the vets though, they aren't going to get better. that's it. that's what the vets have. the kids can still grow though.

wow.... team is shooting horribly.... cant wait to watch rubio/jennings/whoever next season... trade beno/miller/moore/salmons...

Beno Udrih sees a glimpse of Billups and has a mental collapse reminding him of the 2005 finals when Billups forced him into the fetal position...

Wow. Nice call, letting Spencer have the putback and calling Smith for the goal-tend.

Just one little thing that has made me smile tonight...

How about leaving Kevin be at least for a while. This is not his fault or any other player on the team. They play as well as they can together. You need someone to blame - start with people responsible for putting this miserable product together.

I don't think that's totally fair. Granted, this is a horribly constructed team and there is plenty of blame to go around in the front office. But the players aren't playing hard or aggressively and that's on them, no one else.

I agree and I'm not suggesting he'll never improve but with all the young player love, I don't often see fans comment on some of our young players obvious issues yet the vets get slammed. I get why, it just seems like a double standard.
But that's just the point: young talent is going to make mistakes and has the potential to fix those mistakes. But when it comes to a veteran of the league with far more experience, some mistakes shouldn't be overlooked. There is a double standard, and IMO it's warranted.

I think they'll reverse the call once they (the officials) look at the play again. It wasn't a flagrant; it wasn't even close to a flagrant.

martin representing the jordan brand......:D

Nice.

John Salmons with a beautiful -30 +/- stat.
I know it's a semi-meaningless stat.
But still.
