NFL 2025-2026 Thread

Playing a full game without a QB getting killed is still a win in my book. This O-Line is trash.

Niners fans going to have to do extra mental gymnastics to convince themselves Purdy is still some underrated underappreciated great when he’s torched by the media this week.

Dudes a mid-tier QB. Not bad. He isn’t great though.

Going to double down on my take that there is now no difference in Purdy and Jimmy G from a few years ago, other than Purdy's scrambling ability. Those over the middle throws are all an interception waiting to happen. Jennings and Robinson saved Purdy from a couple more possible picks.

All they had to do was dink and dunk the ball down the field on that final drive. They got 15 by going with that method on the first play and then immediately tried to set up a big play and paid for it badly with Purdy's fumble.

One of the more annoying games I can remember and that PI call on Stout's interception was utter BS. What a game changing phantom call that was.

Lol, you remain undefeated as the noat fair-weather fan of all time. Can't process anything beyond the current game

It wasn't phantom - but it was weak sauce, anytime they see jersey grabbed you're risking the call........Purdy was just too casual, non-chalant in his throwing today The fumble wasn't as maddening as 4th down float (turnover on downs) and the tipped float interception. He was holding the ball too long all game.....don't forget the special teams meltown punt which also greatly aided the Jaguars. Here's how I'd
grade em:

49ers:
Offense: D+
Defense B
Special Teams C-

Jaguars:
Offense: C
Defense: B+
Special Teams: C+

Just coming here to say this.

I think people just look at sack totals when they say Bosa is declining. Dude draws doubles, gets pressure, hits the QB, and opens things up for others. Who does that now?

3-0 and light schedule can make people whimsical and that we could Mickey Mouse losing Bosa. Plus the defense is performing well(I thought they overall performed solid today as well). But for the long term, they’ll need to make a pretty substantial move if they plan to patch that up on the defensive line.

Today’s performance up front put them in the same discussion as the 5 win Tomsula team.

Haha - Jones not even the hint of a smile off 2 pts in an extra point block cause he knows the Cowboys are in for a beatdown as bad the Bears tonight. I'm wondering if the Cowboys win more than 5 games this season - maybe 6, 7 tops.

I actually hoped they'd win tonight. Don't really like GB.
