Has Trey Lance been practicing against the first team defense at all? I haven't been following very closely.

^^ Ugh. Give me a freakin’ break.

Though if it gets rid of the awful tryhard full team choreographed celebrations I guess it’s a win.

so basically refs have more latitude to give favored teams a first down or kill a drive from one we don't like. Got it.

Seems like Jalen Hurd is never going to play a down in the NFL. Can’t say I’m too surprised after the last couple of seasons.

It’s going to be hard to keep this kid off the field. You know Jimmy ain’t doing anything in practice to inspire anyone. Lmao

If the team wins with Garoppolo he'll keep starting. 3+ games under .500 guaranteed Lange starts - or the more traditional way - Jimmy gets injured..

It’s Trey Lance day!

I’m sure everyone’s expectations are totally grounded in reality.
God, if Trey looks anything less that spectacular while Fields has anything better than a terrible day, Twitter is going to be unbearable for the next week

At least Mac Jones looked exactly like the vanilla QB I wanted absolutely nothing to do with at 3. There’s one win already.

Maybe Fields was passed up by many teams for a reason... or...this might be a "how did all these dumb teams let him fall?"

Lance vs. Fields is going to be a fun one for the next few years.

Hot take: Maybe it's been Matt Nagy and not the quarterbacks that's been the Bears' problem all along.
