If the Niners had even an average QB we’d be celebrating 2 Super Bowls in 3 seasons rn.

Good freakin’ riddance, Jim.

Heard Montana mentioned Lance isn't ready - and agree. Lance could use crash course early in the summer.....I wonder what the 49ers would accept in trade, or the possibility they may relegate Garappolo to expensive backup.

Love him, but Montana’s talking out his backside. How often has he been around practice watching Trey’s development? I’m going venture a guess it’s close to never. He also said Jim can take lead to the Super Bowl and we know how that goes. Jim caps this team at just not good enough because he’s not good himself.

Niners are going to accept whatever someone offers, then immediately give Jim’s money to Deebo and Bosa as it should be. Guys who actually deserve it.

Not sure about the play call on 4th and 1 there. Just not really sure.

One problem is Burrow's mobility is poor....although he runs a little faster than Garrapolo, his quickness is no better. Game looked close to a copy of the end of the NFC Championship game. The 1st holding call on 55 Wilson outside the endzone was borderline and gave the game to the Rams more or less.....he had his hand on him momentarily - but the Bengals secondary looked as bad as the 49ers allowing the Rams to march down the field in the same manner with that incompetent zone play - and similarly, Bengals D-Line also couldn't generate pressure on Stafford similar to 49ers.

Then there was other crap with coaching - 4th and 1 in 1st (not punting), failing to hurry up to end the 2nd, and failure to the run the ball more the late 3rd and earlier 4th that was proving more effective. A mobile QB would've hurt the Rams.

Bengals had their chances.

it's unfortunate that Burrow's O-line is really poor, otherwise we might of had a different outcome here

Niners beat both teams with a seasoned Lance.

The adults at the party were dancing to the half time beats though it struck us that the beats were the equivalent of the oldies for us when we were old. Lolzzz. Admittedly, I had to do a triple look to confirm that it was , indeed, half dollar. Time flies man.

The final score was off by 3 points. Got the +6 for Cincy. Going to put the winnings on the Kings tmw barring Ben and KD playing.

I've got the red a$$ right now. Man this should have been a niners Super Bowl win. We're better than the rams. If we had even a slightly better QB than jimmy g we win this.

The one thing I will give the rams is they take their shots. They went all in and got it done. The niners had a couple of chances to go all in (TB12 and possibly Aaron Rodgers) and our front office always plays it conservative. The rams got it done and they got the ring. Congrats to them.

If TB12 wants to come out of retirement to win one more with the niners I'm all in. Get it done. How much longer is this quest for 6 gonna continue?

Should have two rings in three seasons.

But Jim.

The bad man is almost gone. Any day now.

Be happy the Bengals booted the Chiefs, as no way the Rams beat the Chiefs. The 49ers Superbowl 2 years back would've been a Rams do-over this year. I dont like the Rams much, but nothing compared to my dislike of the Chiefs Bengals offense laid an egg just like the 49ers offense.. Rams did just enough bolstered by their pass-rush. Would of loved to have seen the Bills, (vice Bengals) maybe next year.

Lance would have to greatly accelerate his in-game processing to lift the 49ers appreciably. 49ers, if they bolster secondary/OL/punter/back-up QB will go as far as Lance improves or not. I'm not holding my breath. Lance may need 2 or 3 seasons, and that is being optimistic. Anyway They had a wildly successful season.

No World Cup until Winter which sucks as it conflicts the NFL season this year.....
