New uniforms? New logo?

Gargamel has posted what he says are going to be the new Kings uniforms and new logo. So, what do you think about it?

EDIT: It appears that these are nothing more than some guy's idea of what new logos for the Kings should be. They were posted on a site full of fan ideas for new logos for a bunch of teams. There is ABSOLUTELY no indication they are anything other than what some of our members have come up with in the past, and - quite frankly - I'm relieved. That guy's head was really creeping me out. But feel free to continue to vote if you so wish... VF21

I like the Uniforms.... but what's up with the face? I guess it wouldn't be so bad, but it looks like they tried to give him a basketball jowl. Maybe if the face looked a little more human.

all i gotta say is from a fashion stand point...(and that my speciality)...no one pays more attention to the beauty of the NBA uniforms then me...those uniforms and logo and have the potential of being the best in the NBA...everyone hates the logo....but i love it...its hot

meanwhile the Blazers, Sixers, and Celtics all need a uniform/logo makeover

the Wizards need a new Wizard and the Bucks need something a little newer as well

I don't get what the "S" is doing on the name, why does it look different and what is that object underneath it? Is the crown, shown on top of the "S", supposed to go somewhere? Why is there an "S" on the waistband of the shorts? hmmmmmm...

Shaping the face even a little more would make a difference. This is just a two minute cometic surgery... I'm sure a real graphic artist could do something to make the logo work - but I'm just not too keen on it as it is.

Well, if it IS something that's being considered, and it well could be, then we're putting in our two cents. Since I know for a fact that people from Maloof Sports read this board on occasion, it might be something they consider before making a final decision.

It's just a poll, Heuge. I don't see how it could harm things one way or the other. That is a legitimate company, so there's a chance it's a conceptual design created for the Kings for their consideration. My reason for starting the poll was that on the off-chance it's legit, perhaps if we get our comments in early enough it could have some effect.



Besides, there's no game today and we need something to vote on.

I also saw the link to this site on another board. I think it's just an agency/website that's trying to promote itself and what it would do to a number af NBA uniforms. You should see what they did to the Bulls logo...

I like the black uniforms... the other two don't do much for me.

I like the look of the logos, the only thing I'm not sure about is the face... I don't know if I like putting a face, even a stylized one, on the logo. The font, colors, and crown are cool, though.

Oops. It appears as though hoopsfan is correct. I'm not going to post a link to the site since that would be considered free advertising. These are, apparently, simply someone's ideas of what a good sportslogo for the Kings would be. And, as of this moment, if you Google the name shown on the image reproduced by Gargamel, the site is down...

Well, I'm relieved about one thing. That was one UGLY dude on the logo.
