McGee rim protection is just what the Kings needed. The ability to alter or block shots is going to help the Kings win close games no doubt. He has an impact on this game. His offense is just a bonus, i mean he can score but his defense is going to help the Kings a lot. Him and Duarte are the missing pieces for a Mike Brown stingy defense. I like when Brown put Mitchell, Duarte and McGee in at the same time.

Ouch. I just looked at Dyson Daniels (KB02 love child) and how dumb would it have been to trade down missing on Keegan for this guy and the other scrub he suggested smh, I forget who but was an even worse call.

Why do the Kings invite such trolls? We aren't good enough for that yet, maybe soon...

I agree with him that time. That was a clear foul in the open court. Reaching across his entire body and crashing into him to boot. Easiest call the refs had to make all night and they blow it. I'm fine with it. Let 'em know!
Yup. Fox rarely does that with refs, i agreed with him as well. That BS was a clear foul and the disrespect of Fox by some of these officials needs to cease before we get to the really big and pivotal games.

Good win folks. Some players are rusty, but most important we have a good depth and almost anyone in the team can produce big night.
We dont need now all our players to play their best game at the start of the season - we need to reach that lvl before the end of regular season.

I honestly forgot about Trey Lyles. My goodness, we're deep deep.
I know. It's crazy. Monte should seriously be in the running for EOY again.

Part of what it means for us though is we can continue to run run run. We can play our top guys 30-32 a night, and like 8 other players are extremely capable of 20-25. That about brings us to 240. We're extremely strong 1-10. Even down to 13 if you count Colby, Kessler, and Len. Seriously we probably have the most talented top 13 in the league. Not bad for a middle manager, Monte.

You know it's a good win when the only thing I have to complain about is Kayte.

Can't wait until she gets fired. She has about all the in depth analysis of Jerry Reynolds, which was never much, except with zero of the charisma, likeability and charm.

To each their own. I think Kayte is the strongest part of the broadcast most nights.

I was pretty critical of Kayte last year. I was alway middle of the road on Drapper too. I thought they were very good last night. No crazy bang bang bang bang nonsense, and Kayte actually had good analysis without the "I know how it is a for a big blah blah blah"

Other than HB having the best shooting half of his career, the surprise for me was Duarte. I didn't know anything about him other than his history of injury. He sure looked good against Utah, both on offense and defense. I hope he stays healthy and we get more of these performances.

Despite his mediocre shooting percentage, I was very pleased with Fox. He was serious on defense and he distributed the ball very well. He has matured so much from his rookie season. Credit to him and the coaching staff.

Good times last night. Javale is exactly who we need at backup 5. If he stays healthy we are going to improve bigtime and help save Sabonas from some extra abuse. It appears our bench is deep enough to handle a ton of minutes in games we are winning easily. Real nice Monte!
