statistically we still don't have any bench. If you haven't been payign attention to recent events, as I'm sure those boobs have not, you go "oh, with no Bobby there #1 bench guy averages 5.8ppg (Darius before tonight) -- that's putrid". But of couorse in every Bobbyless games so far at least one of our bench guys has stepped up to help. Doesn't show up in the overall stats instantly -- if you're not watching, not paying attention, easy answer is that we have nothing in the hopper.

Seriously, we are in the defining times as fans of this franchise. Our team has made the playoffs for years now. We have very good management and ownership, we have seen a lot of joy as well as a lot of adversity.
Isn't it about time we stop being so insecure? Cowtown...chokers...soft...whatever. We have no reason to give a damn about what anyone says about our team. None of that matters as long as we have a solid core, and our management has the will to get us over the hump. And we do. And they do. Our time will come, and I am a patient man.

Phoenix ain't got no bench either, and I don't hear anybody dismissing them. who cares.

That is why I rarely watch NBA fastbreak anymore.....so negative at times on the Kings.

leave it them(the press) webb isn't suppose to be as good as he is now, LA won the championship last year and we didn't make it out the first round. their opinion is no more weight than the average spectater(sp).

I watch NBA Fastbreak...generally muted just to see the highlights of the game.
BTW, they showed what seemed like all 55 of JO's points, but when the Kings highlights rolled around it was on and off in about 15 seconds. Whats up with that?

Couldn't agree about TNT more, Evenstar. They are the nuts when it comes to basketball analysis. Especially, when Hubie was with them....is he back, or did he go to ESPN?

The thing I didn't like was that when stating that the Kings weren't championship contenders, they noted that the team didn't play defense or rebound well, which might in fact be true, but a nice little qualifier like, "Despite their showing against the Spurs the other night," would have certainly been appropriate.

I don't really care what other people think. This team has won 8 of their last 9 on the road and has a chance of sweeping this road trip. I also like the fact that when our "bench" of Tag, Evans, Martin, Songaila and Peja or Christie is on the floor we seem to not only hold onto leads we increase them or stop the bleeding from the other teams run. Seeing Evans on the floor during crunch time last night and watching him guard Marbury made me smile......this kid could be good in the future.
By the way, props to Peja as well, it seems like he has stepped up his game quite a bit and is really being aggressive.

TNT and ESPN's Analysts stink!! They are awful! Seems as though they dont do alot of Analysis they just go on a lot of retread info.
I watched it twice last night. I thought it was funny tosee those 2 twits bash the T-Wolves for 10 minutes when those 2 picked them to win the ring in the preseason.
And on NBA Nation it was funny to see Bucher and Anthony argue with eachother . They both got pretty heated.. Was quite comical... It was about Kobe, Alen Iverson, and shooting %'s
