Well, unless I am mistaken I don't think Nori or the rest of the staff had much choice but to leave -- Karl has replaced them all with his people.

You had to figure that would be the case. Nori was back-benched and Corliss was moved next to Karl once the other Karl assistant arrived. His days were numbered.
