Then, he mentioned that it WAS mother's day, and a lot of people aren't going to celebrate the holiday by going to a sporting event. I'm sure there will be more butts in the seats in Game 2.

Your eyes were not misled, there were epty seats, even empty rows. The Heat's attendance was down for the third straight year last season, an average of 15,207 — 24th in the NBA. Miami is simply a town with no passion for basketball.
