Yes. Hayes at least provides some leadership
but salmons actually made a few shots....
Yes. Hayes at least provides some leadership
youd rather keep Hayes over Salmons? Id do anything to get rid of Hayes
In terms of the best place to get a double-bacon cheeseburger, I agree. But coming in out of shape, throwing the ball all over the court, forcing 1v1 shots and laughing on the bench during losses is not my idea of leadership.Yes. Hayes at least provides some leadership
UPDATE: Among several avenues the Rockets are exploring would be a trade with Sacramento for the No. 5 pick in a deal that likely would send Tyreke Evans to Houston, sources said. The teams have discussed several scenarios, and while one person briefed on the talks described the deal as "getting close," rival executives have gotten the strong impression that the Kings are steadfastly resisting the Rockets' overtures.
Word in front office circles has been consistent that the Rockets' target is Connecticut 7-footer Andre Drummond, although some executives openly wondered Wednesday if that was a smokescreen. Welcome to the 24 hours before the draft. It's possible that Houston's real target is Damian Lillard, whom the Trail Blazers are believed to covet with the sixth pick, sources said.

David Aldridge said:But their offer of guard Kyle Lowry along with the 16th pick overall to the Sacramento Kings in exchange for the fifth pick overall and forward Chuck Hayes was rejected Wednesday by Sacramento, according to league sources.
Lowry, 12 + 18 or Motiejunas. That should do it, IF MKG is not available. Might be asking too much though. Henson will likely be gone at 12, but if we came out of this with Lowry, Jones, and Harkless or something of that ilk, that would be a successful night.
Ken Berger is back to the Tyreke+#5 to the Rockets crap....
How about this for a successful night:

Jones just said the Kings turned down Lowry+16 for 5+ Hayes, which is encouraging because a) this means Hayes still has some trade value and b)this is a actually a decent trade, so Petrie is holding out for something better
Maybe Petrie's aiming for the newly acquired 12th pick. I wouldn't hate that move.

I think this is getting closer. Houston just needs to probably go Lowry, #12 & Motiejunas and they can have the #5 and Hayes. I'm starting to get the idea that MKG is not going to be there at #5. I don't think Petrie is in love with Barnes and would prefer to take Lillard if MKG is gone. But if it's Lillard against Lowry, I go Lowry all day long and smile over getting the backup big man and rookie prospect.
Again, if MKG is gone. If he's there, you take him and go to work on trades to clean up the glut of useless swingmen.

As we discuss these mega trades for a guard let's remember the Kings have 13 people on the roster and can't carry more than 15. I think we still want to sign TWill. right?
Rockets ain't moving Motiejunas. Kid showed a ton of progressed this past season, and has immense potential.
You guys have a better shot at Patterson or Scola.

I tend to agree, but that won't get it done from our perspective. Or at least shouldn't.
Wait, has anybody but people on this board raised Montiejunas? That's just name against the wall stuff.
And on the other end LOL at Rockets' fans who would basically scuttle a Dwight Howard deal over Donatas Montiejunas.
