They also play on ESPN2 tonight vs GG Jackson and South Carolina... What a circus that broadcast is gonna be. I might have to tune in and not mute the game.

Well one of the murderers, Davis, who appears to be the one who really escalated this incident, did get shot in the shoulder by the victims boyfriend but that was return fire apparently.. what a messWow.
I have a lot of trouble buying the "self defense" reports.
I'm sorry, but I wouldn't touch Miller at this point. Following an altercation, which is clearly over (because the other party and the victim have gotten into their car), Miles tells Miller to go get Miles' gun out of Miller's car. Miller says, hey, that seems reasonable, I have no idea what's about to happen next! Then either Miles or Davis unloads the gun into the victim's car, killing the girl in the passenger seat. And the police say they can't charge Miller with anything? It's not accessory to murder if you're a college basketball star, is that what it is?
Wouldn't touch him. Not in the 20s, not in the second round, not undrafted. Not worth it.
Wild to me this coach can run a program like this, and when he gets dismissed he'll get full pay.

Seems Nate Oats is gonna catch a lot of heat for saying that Miller "was in the wrong place at the wrong time"
Well were they aware the other car was armed at that point though? That to me is a matter of great importance.Clay Travis pointed out that Miller CREATED the wrong place/wrong time by bringing the gun. Sounds about right to me.
Was the situation over though? in the article you linked earlier I thought I read this claim.Yeah it's not self defense. Miller wasn't even there until Miles texted him and basically said "come bring my gun we gonna roll". It's not self defense when you're blocking a guy's car in (with two different vehicles driven by Miller and apparently a different non-star Alabama player named Bradley) and shoot first. Nope, no way.
We don't know whether the victim's boyfriend had possibly flashed a piece at Davis (who was trying to hit on the deceased, which the BF took offense to) but even if so, the situation was over. Miller had to bring the gun from somewhere else. It probably took 10-15 minutes. This is not self defense.
They said they had seen a gun in the victims’ vehicle and noted that when they could have left the area before the shooting, they instead came back, turned off their vehicle lights and stopped.
Darius Miles, the one who called Miller "for backup", was charged with capital murder 5 weeks ago. The text message from Miles to Miller is known, it wasn't "I need backup" it reads much more like "I need my gun, I'm in danger".. Brandon Millers response seems like one to help a friend whos life might be in danger, the idea that he showed up to the scene with some knowledge that an execution was going to take place seems loosely wired, half-baked, projecting, and lacking in evidence n merit.I dont think calling armed backup falls under self defense. Thats sounds like premeditation with an accomplice.
post from January 16th.... no one gave a crap... now that Millers name is involved --- OUTRAGE!Darius Miles on Alabama charged with capital murder... sheeeeesh

sure is funny how that works
Was it not related to the top5 pick when I posted about it? Thats his teammate no? Or did you need the News to fill that gap in for you 5 weeks later?Darius Miles: Not an NBA prospect
Brandon Miller: Projected top 5 pick
Forum: Prospects.
Yeah, funny how that works.
NCAA has moved to suspend Miller where the coach failed. But y'all see this nugget (if you did I missed it). this guy is mentally unfit. If he isn't relieved of his job before the weekend the things the other 49 states say about Alabama may actually be true.

get the pitchforks ready!!!
To me it is more about any second teammate and even more about the coach poo-pooing this as a nothingburger that have made me wonder wtf is in the water at that gym.Brandon Miller wasn't implicated in being involved in the incident when initial reports were released in January. Now he is.
But no, at the time I wasn't making assumptions like "I bet teammate Brandon Miller brought the murder weapon to the scene!" As a matter of fact, I DID need the news to fill in that gap for me. Weird how that works.
In my closing statements I admit, I've known it all along, actually I was just covering for him, Brandon Miller is clearly Charles Manson 2.0.

Well I just think its very clear the Jeep was sitting there with its lights off because they wanted to play patty cake or perhaps hold hands and sing kumbaya. That seems reasonable to me! I believe that, for sure, unrelated but I believe in santa claus and the tooth fairy as well.Jeez, nobody has even accused you of anything of the sort. The disagreements over whether the event could be construed as self defense are simply discussion, not an attack on you.
Sorry for defending myself when you got mad that "nobody cared" before Miller was implicated. I saw it at the time. Thought it was a big deal, actually. Didn't talk about it here because at the time it didn't affect NBA prospects.
There's very little discussion about the incident here, you refuse to speak on why the jeep is sitting there with its lights off, which is going to be a key point for the defense..Even when I cite it from the exact article that you posted, you offer no on-topic response.....
