Lightning struck my modem and it didn't work anymore. I installed a new modem (the exact same kind) but, now i am only connecting at around 32k i was aroung 45 or so. Any ideas on a fix i have overlooked.
Check your network settings and make sure you don't have anything set to 33K instead of 52K. I can't tell you where these settings are because it's been a long time since I've had a modem.
