League Pass Free Preview

How come nobody told me!?! :(

On DirecTV, and possibly with other satellite and cable providers, League Pass is free from 10/30 until 11/6. So those of us outside Sacramento who don't have League Pass can watch a few Kings games to start the season.

If I had known, I would have recorded last night's game. Dang it! As it is I'll be able to see the Spurs and Mavericks games, and maybe Seattle, too.

If anybody knows whether there is a free preview for DishNetwork, comcast (outside Sac) or any other cable provider, please let us know here.

The Kings have so few nationally televised games this year that we've got to be on top of things and see every one we can possibly see.

You just admitted that you don't read VF21's PBP ;) I mentioned it in there http://www.kingsfans.com/forums/showpost.php?p=488270&postcount=3

ALso, just FYI, Audio League Pass is free this season. Also, I think even if you don't subscribe to League Passand can't watch games live, you should be able to watch archived games from the night before on NBA League Pass Boradband (only subscribers can watch live, but everyone can watch it next day - I think).

Here is the direct link to last nights game. http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/nba/lp_archives/20071031_10.asx . This is the legit link from nba.com.

Caught! :D

But that's not big enough visibility. I always seem to forget about the free previews. When they have another midway through the season I hope I remember (or get reminded) before half the games are played. A couple years ago I missed two games and the next two were on national TV anyway.

Ohh, and thanks for the links. I rarely am able to watch games live anyway. But watching afterwards is a cool option. I'll have to try it out.

Yeah, that way you can just fast forward through all the bad spots and only watch all the fun stuff. Last night, for instance, I am pretty sure there was a fun stretch lasting from 8:52 of the 2nd quarter to 8:49 of the second quarter.

Last year I bought a DLP projector for my lap top to use in class rooms that were not equiped (the big pain of being a dreaded part timer) Now I'll have to try watching one of the archived games on the wall!

Brick is right. Not much fun stuff so far. I find myself switching between the game, and Law and Order reruns...eventually settling for L&O.
