Wonder who the Kings will play.. A lot of teams aren't playing their summer league "stars" the last game. Wonder if they are going to sit Hawes, and Thompson?

Might happen. I'm not sure who all are on the bubble as far as a camp invite but, besides two of the three draftees being secure I guess Hawkins has made the cut so far.

Let Hawes and Douby sit...i wanna see JT and Singletary play.

I just checked last year's box score from the last game, Hawes and Douby played but Garcia didn't.

Garcia didn't play because he was injured. As I recall, he sat out the game before so he only played about half the summer league last year.

first summer league game ill be watching that hasnt been on nba tv .. im expecting horrible quality but is it really that bad? .. i also though i herd some people complaining about the feed showing up like an hour or so into the game .. with the feed be up on time?

Spencer very active hitting a couple quick hoops. SS came down and jacked one up (missed). JT his usual beast so far (at least in this league). No sound except court announcer and score keeper half asleep!

JT played PF and Center in college now in summerleague he plays SF??? I wonder if they plan on him swinging to the 3 spot to give them a big lineup.

Rockets jacking 3's all over the place and hitting nearly all of them. Apparently, no inside game or Kings seriously clogging it up down low.

I don't know but he has really looked good at the SF spot! He is able to post up just about every time down the court, and he is defending the opposing wings very well too.

Kings lead 25-23 end of 1st. Very well played with Spencer having a nice game so far. Shelden looks pretty active too.

He isn't posting up when at SF. He was at PF at the end and he posted some. When he is at SF they actually have him out on the wing. Thats a poor use of his ability. He does cut from time to time but, its summerleague they aren't hitting cutters.

Hawes is showing you what he can do with single coverage and some space: dominate. We knew he could, but now he has to learn how to face double-coverage and quick doubles that get him flustered and frustrated.

Sometimes, when Singletary's out there, I get the impression that our Summer League team has better ball movement than our regular season team. Not too bad D, either.

EDIT: Of course, right after I post that, D totally collapses for 2 plays in a row...

What game are you watching? He was abusing Donte Greene down on the block at the start of the game, Donte picked up a couple of quick fouls.

yeah best player on court is Shelden right now. No JT, Hawes, or Singletary.

The defense of both team is HORRIBLE. I'm taking a break for this scrub match for awhile. I would bet Hawes will have 20 by halftime - about when I return.
