I think this time is falls on the coach 100% for not calling a timeout. You can't let that happen twice.

That he did it twice clearly shows it was intentional. And, honestly, at this point in the team's development, this is the right decision, he is putting the kids in as high pressure situations as possible. This is still about teaching. Great experience for this team. Invaluable. He is showing faith in his players to learn.
