And I'm considering asking Kate Upton to marry me.

Courtship has to be a two way process. Sure the Lakers can offer Cal a boatload of money to coach them but let us remember that (a) his previous NBA stint was not that great and (b) there are a bunch of quality NBA coaches out there on the open market with potentially more to come depending on how their teams finish their playoff runs.

That article also refers to Kurt Rambis as a potential candidate for the job so forgive me if I find it a little difficult to take the entire thing seriously.

I heard this on the Arizona boards a month ago, with then the fear KY would go after Coach Miller. I don't really buy it, except Cal is a salesman and a dirty dealer and his NBA stint was a disaster (I was a fan back in the UMass days and I was ok with him coming to UA had the KY job not opened up). Unless he's about to get sanctioned for something at KY I don't see why he'd leave.
