"Individual play is good for the individual," said Lamar Odom, leaving his inspiration to your imagination

"Sometimes you get frustrated," said Chucky Atkins, addressing the state of the L.A. offence, "because you go long stretches without touching the ball."

This was said after the game, when Kobe yelled at teamate Luke Walton, who passed up a open shot to throw the ball under the rim to Kobe who fumbled it, went outwards and had his shot partially block to give the Knicks the win.... Looks like his teamates are starting to get show signs of frustration... Kobe = Biggest Cancer the NBA has ever seen to one team...

sweet. then maybe no one will want to play for them and they will suck for a long time :D

hey i can hope can't i ;)

beautiful - simply beautiful.

forgive me for being mean - but I can not help it but to enjoy any kind of trouble that Lakers get in;).

It will be a great PO without them.

From finals - to lottery in a year. Respect:cool:.

Only thing that makes Kings win shine more is a Lakers loss

They allready suck for a long time - like FOREVER

All I am saying is, if Kobe is the future of the Lakers, I wonder how many seasons it will be before the Lakers get the number one pick in the lottery draft? Am I a Kobe basher? Yup, but what can anyone say in his defense? He dunks well?

I wouldn't put too much stock in an article from The Toronto Star.

It's a hatchet piece, much like a lot of the stuff written about Chris Webber.

We may have our various feelings about the Lakers, Kobe, etc. but this is shoddy journalism and if it WAS about one of our Kings, we'd be all over it in righteous indignation.

Fair is fair...

You know it is pretty funny that people always bring up the Kobe. But it is a different story when someone post anything represents the other story. What hyprocretes(note not bagging on anyone just in general execpt the ones who get offended with the last statement:) ).

While You are probably right - Can You blame me for taking every opportunity to show how much I like Lakers ?;)

Well, at least you admit that you like the Lakers. ;) :D

lol^

piksi hun you may want to change that...it can be interpreted a couple of different ways and you don't want anybody to misunderstand how much you HATE the Lakers

Well if there is any truth to the story it only goes to show either how long Kobe was out or how flat the teams learnig curve is. ;)

This is true. Why is the Toronto Star writing a piece on Kobe and the Lakers anyway, is there nothing remotely interesting to write about their very own Raptors.

Now, now, piksi, many of us know that your comment about "liking" the Lakers was just dripping with sarcasm, but we have many new members who may someday be active respected members here. Emoticons really do work. Look at Hoopsfan. She jumped all over your statement.......but, at least she used the emoticons.

;) :p

Anyone with an IQ greater than 5 should be able to pick up whether piksi really likes the Lakers just by reading this thread, which is where they would read that he "likes them" anyway ... I think piksi was talking about the rest of the crowd who doesn't get it :)

Easy, sloter. I am giving piksi a hard time. See my emoticons? :p :D

As far as the Lakers are concerned, when you have a team that has one "superstar" who ALWAYS dominates on the scoreboard it's only a matter of time before crack in the teams chemistry begin to show....thats how I feel anyway...
