Man, Marbury is a loser. I can't believe he didn't try to take that last shot. Why would you pass it to the guy who just badly clanked a 3 when you had been scoring at ease the whole night?

That was a great win and everyone in the room here cheered on that Bibby 3 and Barnes steal play.

And lol at Kara Lawson saying that Marbury needs to "take it to another lebol"

i still can't believe that Grant said the game was "all but over" with under 3 and a half left

Kings fans all over the nation will never forget that remark

Here is a a common stat I wll throw in:

Kings only made 2 three-pointers out of 3. They probably didn't shoot many three's because of the absense of Peja and Cuttino.

come now, lets be realistic. had we lost that game, which we should have, it woulda meant nothing. just woulda been a simple fact. the kings won that game with good hustle and great execution....for 3 minutes. the other 45, they didnt play a lick of defense. they didnt earn that victory, i guess is my point. there's a reason grant and jerry, and myself, are calling it a "steal." the knicks, an obviously struggling team, outplayed the kings for 45 minutes. they shot an incredible 61 % from the field. we just happened to get 1 more free throw to fall. i only harp on these points because i was screamin at the tv tonight...at the kings for their lack of defensive effort. we won, and thats great, but it doesnt change the fact that we played like crap on defense. ive said before that executing down the stratch is gonna be key come playoff time, but we aint gonna be playin the knicks in the playoffs.

at any rate, we were without 3 starters, so the mistakes are forgivable. we're gonna need at least 2 of those guys back for tomorrow's game, cuz the five starters that played tonight are gonna be damn tired, deservedly so of course. ;)

oh it was definetly a steal....without a doubt it was a steal

but i just felt that the kings were gonna come back...and at least make it a little more respectable...i felt it in my bones...i honestly don't think a lot of the fans thought it was over...in most arenas everyone would have been long gone...even the people on this board believed the game wasn't over...

i mean for Grant its one thing to think it but don't say

thats just how i feel

Grant tries too hard to predict outcomes. This isn't the first time he's made a comment like that and it's bitten him in the posterior. He speaks with his head.

We, on the other hand, watch with our hearts. And tonight, the team responded to the heart.

:D

i think when the game repeats on CSN on gonna watch that one just to watch it from that perspective instead of the NYK broadcasters perspective

YAY!! just got back from the game, and I'm so excited. We really stole that one. Can't believe the Knicks shot 62%, we were missing 3 starters, and we pulled it out. BOOOO to the fans that were walking out the door with 42 seconds left. I knew the Kings could do it, and it was soooo fun to watch. Great games offensively by Miller and Bibby, and I was very impressed by Barnes tonight. He filled in the gaps in a game that was otherwise a 2 player game. Another great win!!!

WHAT A GAME KINGS!!!!!!

that was freaking AWESOME!!!!! mike and brad have been AMAZING!!!!!!

great win kings, when i thought it was all over. i was checking the score all night long, and i was going ah crap until the last minute. great comeback, even better win.

*dances*

That was the best game I've attended live since the 2002 playoffs. What a treat! I feel sorry for all those suckas who left with 2 minutes left.

I don't. ^ the people that left got just what they deserved...

If you didnt like that, You dont like Kings Basketball!!!!!!!!!

That was a thrilling last 40. I was screaming like a madman:p What a game!!!!!!

I watched the game twice and with the way the game looked, It looked as though the Knicks had it in the bag. Nobody could forsee SFM and his teamates choking like that. Grant and Jerry said what looked to be the truth. That it looked like the Knicks were going to win. Nothing wrong with saying that. Grant has been a Kings homer since he came here and gave up his alligence to the Knicks then. Grat is a Kings fan through and through. I thought they both did a great job.
