In postgame Smart said he was ready to put DMC back in late but that Cuz told him it was ok to "leave Chuck in." Seems coach agreed as Smart said DMC and Evans were BOTH happy to cheer their team mates on who got a lead and were in process of closing it out for the W. Smart says that shows kind of team togetherness (ie, no egos) he wants.

What scrubs. Great players should always want to go into the game regardless of the situation and no matter what cost.

This is what I don't like, why aren't Cousins and Hayes playing side by side? Makes no sense to me. Take Jason out and put Cuz in if you want him on the floor. Hayes was just giving the Wiz fits defensively. Wall got no open looks after they started using Chuck to defend their screen and roll game. Between he and Cisco that's about as close to locking down a teams system as you're going to get!

You call him a scrub and I see him as a young man sharing something with a teammate that could easily pay dividends down the road. Our best Kings teams have had a camaraderie that was the envy of many other teams. I think DMC made a gesture that shows his understanding of TEAM.
