Hope Barnes is ready to go all 48 tonight. Gonna need him to pull this out.
I'm ready to send this momentum into next season with HB, Damian Jones and Trey Lyles leading the way!

Don't forget 3 more games against teams that likely have nothing to play for while the Lakers are in free-fall and we keep our play-in "hopes" alive by the slimmest of margins against the Spurs.

This is the most predictable organization in sports. I wouldn't be as mad about their incompetence if they hadn't boiled it down to a scientific constant.

Very true, but this is the least mad I've been about our end of season planning. Fact is, we're toasting teams with Davion Mitchell, Trey Lyles, Damian Jones, DDV, Metu and Harrison Barnes. What's the O/U on Wins for that core over the course of a full season? 20? We're missing 4 of our top 8-9 players and our 2 very clearly best players. The only thing we can really gripe about are the Barnes minutes and the lack of Queta minutes.

If anything, a solid credit to Monte for finding 2 of these dudes off the street (Jones, Metu), buying insanely low on DDV after his injury, securing another FRP win in Davion and seemingly finding a reasonable rotation player in Lyles after him being the "throw-in". This is how organizations start to turn around; when they find productive NBA talent for almost no investment.

Bringing Fox/Sabonis back this year would be typical KANGZ. As of now, I'm more just being annoyed with Barnes/Queta situation while pleasantly surprised about how well Mitchell/DDV/Jones/Lyles/Metu are performing in more feature roles. And after the Pacers Win, it was basically secured we'd be 7th in odds at that point.

Painful stat courtesy of the GSW feed I’m forced to watch…our only winning seasons were those coached by Adelman. Didn’t realize we were so trash in the before times.
