Probably 7th. Portland players finally realized they're a D3 school trying to topple Duke. I don't see more than 2 or 3 wins the rest of the way for them. I think the Spurs will keep chugging along and finish with a similar record in their remaining games and stay ahead of us. The Knicks aren't really in reach anymore as they're 4 games up at 9th.
Pacers get to play the Cavs missing two starters and Rondo next and have the Spurs, Rockets, Portland, Detroit, and us remaining on their schedule and end their season playing the Sixers a couple of times when they'll probably be resting their starters. There's a good chance we can catch them if we lose hard enough/Gentry maintains the status quo.
OKC gets to play Portland x 2, Detroit, Orlando x 2. They're already experts at the whole tanking thing but those opponents in particular are also so tankeriffic that there's a chance OKC wins anyways. If they can steal one or two wins while we lose out, there's even a chance we can jump them (we do have the tie-breaker though).
Hypothetically, we could climb all the way to 4.
