It's the first time this season were it seemed like Brown really hurt the team with his subs.

It's really odd timing to start looking at end of the roster players, when you really need your first win. If Okpala is your best defensive wing player and as good as Brown claims, then why is he suddenly not playing at all?

Add in Metu, the bench is 1-9 for 5 points. Memphis bench is 9-17 for 23 points. That's your difference.

For what was supposed to be this team's strength, it's been the biggest disappointment by far to see that unit fail so hard this year. You're getting everything and more you want out of the starters, including a classic HB game (12-3-3 on 5 shots), but the bench needs to follow at some point. Too much invested for it to be this poor.

Brown rotations didn't help either, but I can at least appreciate he's acting with some urgency.

At this point I just want a bench unit willing to sacrifice their bodies to get a win rather than one concerned with their point totals. A lot of this game is just wanting it more than the other team.

I am surprised to have not seen much of Delly though, I thought he would be the safe-hand for Brown as 2nd unit leader when need, aka Cory Joseph a few years ago...

But he was running team amazing end of last season. I'm very disappointed in him. Dam near tbiught he would start at one point on offseason. Way off
