Kings v. Warriors PBP thread

Aries - I've been a Kings fan since 1985. I've seen a lot of losing, too... What I saw tonight was a loss with flashes of brilliance and idiocy. What I put the most blame on is the lack of the team to continue doing what was working. When they quit moving the ball, bad things happened. When they didn't move around and give the ball handler SOMEONE to pass to, bad things happened. In addition, those missed free throws are going to put me in my grave.
I am not happy. It was not a good perfornance from start to finish. There were adequate periods of time, but they weren't enough. I'm not going to rant and rave, however, because it doesn't really do any good. I don't think the Kings can hear me from here and I think what they may be hearing in the locker room and at the next practice, when they review the game tape, is going to be a lot worse than anything I could say...

Pedja did a pretty decent job overall. But, just as teams defending against us have learned, when a player gets hot, he gets hot. Pedja isn't a physical player and it isn't Kings style to do that kind of crap anyway.
AND it wouldn't have won the game. More than likely, it simply would have resulted in us losing a player through ejection. We were already short-handed. We didn't need to lose anyone else.
Bottom line - that's not Kings basketball. If it was, I wouldn't be a Kings fan.

I, too, am terribly disappointed in what I saw tonight. I guess I just over-react and feel like I have to defend the team when people start sounding so angry about it.
