Karl on Willie Cauley-Stein: A lot of his success has been we’ve made really good passes. It’s easy to make dunks and lobs."

Karl seriously taking pot shots at the rook after he has another great game?

Finishing is a skill set. And in today's league, having an athletic finisher like Trill is a great thing. .... especially since he was drafted for his defense.

**** Karl. He's the worst. Inept and insanely toxic.

He's totally lost it. It's awkward and uncomfortable for me to even watch him speak in the post-game comments. After today, he might as well call in sick for the rest of the season.

WCS is showing more offensive stuff than Deandre Jordan ever has. He is a smart player, and I will take high IQ players over physical freaks anytime. Oh wait WCS is a physical freak in his own right....his potential is pretty scary....work ethic will be key.

I said earlier this season that Willie has better offensive skills and can shoot it better than Serge Ibaka his first few years in the league and several thought I was overstating. Willie's starting to prove that isn't the case.

His handle and post game are better but Serge is a sniper right now when open so I don't know if he will shoot it better but he's more creative than Serge and is longer/quicker and more fluid around the rim.

karl is a straight ego maniac and the fact that he is allowed to troll our young impressionable players and poison the long term kings well without any repercussion from the team is downright disgusting.

Suspend the guy. Keep him away from the team. Make him a parking attendant. ANYTHING that keeps him away from the team.

Karl is making me laugh at this point.

Loving the back and forth with Boogie.

DeMarcus Cousins: 'Willie is out there creating his own shot, creating his own offense. Showing that he has the ability to do so.

You may be right. I was specifically referring to Ibaka's first couple seasons in the league, not the finished product that he is now. Willie has shown more skills and at least as good a touch on his shot this early in his career. I think his shot could develop as Ibaka's has.

The worst part is I honestly don't think Karl knows that's how his comments are being taken. He has no clue about so much of this because his ego won't accept that it's not always just about his legacy.

Karl is making me laugh at this point.

I wish the guy good health and happiness going forward, but I think he's gone a bit senile with regard to his basketball knowledge. He's proven it time and time again this season and these continued comments just cement it.

It's insane to me that such a toxic coach can still sit by the players. He's insane, literally. It's just very surprisingly odd the FO would risk letting Karl antagonize and belittle our up and coming players, possibly discouraging then to return or want to play in sac. Im hoping the message in the locker is ,"don't worry guys he's leaving soon".

Karl is vindictive and spiteful. Been trying to tell anyone who would listen that he is harming the players on this team that either young and unestablished or are role players and don't have the talent to "get theirs" no matter the situation.

He's been toxic and took advantage of a weak ownership group. I refuse to hold any of the players to their poor play this year. Hit the reset button and burn the tape from this season. It's all been tainted by Karl and his treachery.

Meh, I don't think we can catch them anyway.

If we slapped a 37th loss on them and you were tied in the loss column you could certainly give it a whirl.

But again, 8-37 the last 3 years without Cuz, back to back, on the road.

Oh I would love it if you guys beat them. They haven't been playing as well and we are really coming on but to be honest, I don't think we are getting out of the 1st round so it isn't vital that we pass them. We just need to be in. I am feeling pretty good about our chances.

George Karl has shown all season long that he's not paying attention to what happens on the court. It's no surprise really that everyone else watching the Kings is seeing Willie Cauley-Stein make some huge strides offensively and all Karl can do is talk about the lobs. In the last 2 games we've seen him take and make several mid-range jumpers in rhythm, we've seen him back down a defender and finish with a jump hook, we've seen him attack the basket off the dribble. If George Karl were some kind of zen-master genius you might say he's throwing barbs on purpose to motivate the young players but no, it's too late in the season for that to apply. He's already admitted that winning isn't a priority anymore. He's just too stubborn to admit that he was wrong and his lineup choices were a factor (maybe even the factor) in getting us to where we are right now in the standings.

huge strides????? I doubt you meant that as a pun but just the same, it's funny.

What a game!!! The team played BEAUTIFUL basketball and everybody was involved. Great passes and fantastic executions on offense. Few lapses in defense at the end of the 3rd quarter, but the game was over already. Can't praise enough the games of Willie, Seth and BenMc. I definitely want to see this team next season. They have it all there. I hope I didn't have to say this, but the only thing we need is a young, great coach on the lines.

I don't think I've ever seen such a rift between a coach and players and no changes are made. Its truly fascinating and deserves to be chronicled in a documentary, by that I mean the franchise over the last decade.

I really think that the greatness of this team is the glue guys (Casspi, Gay and Rondo) and their spokesperson (DMC). They have kept the young players like Willie, BenMc and Seth in the game and on track. I would even say that Acy, and he had his game before as well, has become an integral player in the team for the same reason. The Kings can't lose anymore drafted players because of bad coaching. The young players must be built into the system. That means much more than just giving them minutes. Whoever the next coach will be, he'll have a great team, and I hope Vlade keeps it together, to run with right into the playoffs.
