Look, I realize that Grant is a huge douche and all but he's not an idiot. He's around the team day in and day out. He has legitimate reasons for being down on DMC as do the fans. I mean, does everybody just forget all the drama and immaturity from DMC the last couple of years? It's not like he's going out on a limb for having a negative viewpoint on the guy.

A negative viewpoint and a positive viewpoint are fine. It's natural.
But we all know Grant is a king of exaggeration. Exaggerates the positives, exaggerates the negatives. And, many who listen to his show are influenced by him. Not all, but many.

I was never a wizard at understanding rotations but I learned from Adelman and now I am learning from Smart. Now I know what to look for in a coach. I also understand why a guy like Cuz is upset sometimes. I am not saying all the upset is because he doesn't get the minutes he deserves but some of it must be. Smart is lucky that Tyreke is mellow as if the two of them mounted an insurrestion something would give.
They had to set the stage for the Isaiah Thomas Hallelujah Choir ending.
We had this game.

That clipped Douglas left leg ever so slightly. Lucky to get away with that one and amazing that Grant and Jerry couldn't see it despite multiple replays.

Great shot by DMC but what the hell were they doing? IT dribbled it around and everybody just stood there for 20 seconds. Coaching I guess....

Exactly....just goes to show you how poorly coached they are. Nobody had any idea what they were doing.
Remember how at the start of the season Smart used to give super, long elaborate answers to all the questions. Now it's just "Cause I'm the Coach!" Even if the things he said were absurd most of the time it was still respectable that he tried to communicate his plan. Now it's not even worth listening to

Really really hope new ownership does their homework on the misuse of Tyreke for his tenure here and opts to re-sign him. The fact that he has actually improved his game under jackasses like Smart and Westphail bodes well for his future under someone competent.
Its gonna hurt to see Reke blossom on a new team (or, God forbid, in Seattle) under a decent coach.
