I think Vlade got him because he came cheap and was a Euro. Not exactly sure what Vlade was to do when thrown to the wolves. Vlade got who he could get.

He's been pretty much what you expected. A decent third big who would play 20 mpg for a lot of teams, which at his salary makes him movable if you do want to upgrade or move in a different direction with his cap space. Monroe a really good offensive player, not surprising that he's taking it to Kosta.
