YepFor all of them?

And that's the point, isn't it? The asset was preserved for another move. Monte can trade the pick before the deadline. He can package it as part of a larger deal with a very movable piece like Barnes. Or he can make his pick on draft day and go home. No matter how you'd slice it, Sabonis did not cost the Kings their future flexibility.
I hope we go after Washington first but it makes sense that Grant who has long been a target winds up being the guy. But I also wonder if now that Sabonis is secured we have some leverage too. I know Atlanta f'd us last year but I'd still pursue Collins too.
As just mentioned, it could mean that:
Thursday.Is deadline tomorrow?
No way salaries would have worked out with that. I like the grant idea. And Collins. The Chaf Ford rumor was Mitchell and a first for Sabonis. Plus filler on both sides. I would’ve been okay with that trade. But doing so would’ve likely given up the ability to get Grant (or someone like him). 80% chance he goes after Grant in the next few days.
AND I AM ALL ABOUT THAT.As Twslam has been pushing for, think Washington can be had for Holmes.
Work PC so it may be some sort of blocking by the security policy or some firefox security add but I can access twitter in the browser without any issues its just those tweets for some reasonAs just mentioned, it could mean that:
- The tweet in question was deleted.
- The tweet in question was made by someone who
has you blockedyou have blocked, or has blocked you.- Something else (How are you reading the message board? I don't access either the board or Twitter via a phone/app)?
I get this all the time. Even with active, undeleted tweets

Yep this has been my fix too. 1-8 refreshes lol.I just refresh a few times and usually they pop up under the link within the post.
These are all legitimate questions but how in the world are they ever going to get started on building anything without making a move first? A team 15 games below .500 ain't gonna fix all of these things with one trade. Getting a greater young talent just doesn't feel like a loss to me, period. Sabonis is a solid playmayer and passer himself, btw. Idk .. i just don't see how keeping Haliburton was going to greatly improve the future if everyone claims our other assets are so scarce. So, we keep Tyrese and all the other guys people claim no one wants? What was that going to do?
Just realized the biggest disappointment from this trade is we didn't get cash considerations.
So now Haliburton is Steph Curry? You trade, Monta Ellis, but you keep Steph Curry.
You trade, DeAaron Fox, but you keep Tyrese Haliburton.
"Hey remember when that fan threw up courtside? Those were the days." Oh Well.
One thing's for sure, if there ever was a coach I'd want to be teaching Fox and Davion how to play off of an elite high post passing big man, it would be Doug Christie.
Thursday.
I'll pass. I like Christie in the assistant role and am done with putting ex-King players in positions for which they have no experience.
Didn’t mean as a head coach. I actually think Alvin might be a good fit for a Sabonis team.I'll pass. I like Christie in the assistant role and am done with putting ex-King players in positions for which they have no experience.
What's desperate about it? I keep seeing that word used, and it's sooooo weird. Again, 2x all-star. Advanced stats darling. 25 years old. No future firsts outgoing. No draft capital given up period. With the bonus of dumping Buddy's contract. All at the cost of a single long-term asset. It sucks to see Haliburton walking out the door, but this is not what a desperation play to save one's job looks like.
this team was a poor fit all around. It definitely accelerates the timetable we're on but arguably if a few more dominoes fall we might actually have 5 starting caliber players by Thursday.Poor fit with the other players, UFA in two years. This is a win now move or else.
Holliday's averaging 11 points on 38% shooting from three and is a solid wing defender. I know that's not mind-blowing or anything but he finally gives us the wing depth we've been begging for for two or three years.
