Fox and Domas are the keys and when they aren't getting any help, every minute off the floor as a tandem spells doom. No doubt, Monte has to find a way to get someone that can help Brown so he doesn't have to keep swapping Fox/Domas. Come playoff time they'll be playing a full 48 at this point if they make it, lol.

Honestly, I'm not too sure why we haven't tried like a Davion-Monk-Huerter-Barnes sort of reserve rotation. That's more than enough offensive firepower to carry you vs a second unit. I generally like the stagger method with 2 stars, but Fox deserves more on-court time with Sabonis. That's our edge vs everyone else.

Seriously, why does the worst FT shooter on the floor for the Kings (Huerter) take the tech FTs for the Kings?
Conventional wisdom says to let him see the ball go in, and hopefully it will get him going offensively. Besides, you make "the worst FT shooter" sound like he's a bad FT shooter; they didn't send Ben Wallace to the line.

1-10 from 3 for Keegan, Huerter, Barnes. Not going to win many games when they're shooting that poorly. All mostly good shots too.

Fox/Sabonis with 25 points on 17 shots, so they're doing their job. Support guys need to pick it up

"Worst" - as in: everyone else on the floor shoots a higher percentage and we're past the midpoint of the season. I can see doing that if a player is in a shooting slump, but Brown has been doing that w/Huerter all season.

I think with how average the Kings are on defense not having a 2nd option putting up more than 11.7 shots per game is going to come to bite them come playoff time. Teams are starting to figure out what the Kings are doing and have put players like Domas in position to score and both he and Barnes won't always feast. It's good that the team is unselfish but the last week or two is probably a decent preview of what teams will do in a playoff setting.

In fact, in doing a quick check, the Kings shot distribution is actually quite similar to the 2004 Pistons. The glaring difference? That team was one of the greatest defensive teams, if not, THE greatest of all time during stretches.

Another night of bad Huerter and bad Barnes. Need them to turn it around.
They have missed some open threes, but in general, someone besides Sabonis needs to set a pick, and the Kings need to pass the ball inside out. Fox just goes forward toward the basket thinking he is the only guy who can score. He has two assists in the entire first half.

gotta win the battle of the boards..

were doing better than last game n had them out rebounded, n then last 3 minutes of the half we stopped grabbing boards n they inched infront.
