Okay, I'm probably reaching here but how about this deal:

Phoenix gets:
#10 pick 2007 draft
Ron Artest

Sacramento gets:
#23 pick 2007 draft
#29 pick 2007 draft
Shawn Marion

Salaries match up, and Phoenix has a lower pick to package for another deal to move additional salary. Sac gets 2 1st rounders, and an athletic forward who doesn't need the ball, defends and rebounds plus chips in 18 ppg. In other words, what we wish Ron Artest would be.

Artest makes $7 million, Marion makes $15 million, how in the world do the salaries match up?

How about this little dandy I put together on realgm? Doesn't work on trade checker, but salaries match once you factor in Diaw's extension. Somewhat an amalgom of rumors (Artest to Denver, Phx looking for more D, etc), and while it looks like Suns take on excess salary, doing this and also a Marion trade (to Bos for Ratliff's massive expiring and the #5, perhaps) would save them a ton of $$ down the road.

And without further delay:

Kings send: Artest, Kenny Thomas
Kings get: Diaw, Kurt Thomas (expiring), #29

Suns send: Kurt Thomas, Diaw, #24, #29
Suns get: Camby, Jason Collins, Uncle Cliffy

Nuggets send: Camby

Would the suns trade for Kenny Thomas to get rid of Markus Banks? What if the Kings gave up John Salmons too? Didn't the suns want to sign him over the off season?

The salaries match and this would rid us of one bad contract and give us the rebounding athlete everyone has been drooling over? {Personally I think the price would be steep and the product mediocre though...}It would be nice if Phoenix threw in a (some) picks too .

Doubt the Suns will do it. They want to trim salary, and this trade actually adds about 7 millions to their payroll.
