Well I was just saying that staying the same score when the other team is already done playing and doesn't care isn't much to brag about.
Oh I'm certainly not bragging. And Pop would never stand for his guys to celebrate befoere the games over. Up 34 points and he's still yelling at Parker or whoever when something happens he doesn't like.

To say one more thing, I was really worried we'd be embarassed on National TV, now I see why they're never in any highlight reels or talked about...
You can quit with the team bashing right now. Deal or no deal?

Starting SAR would not have made any difference.
Who knows? SAR has played Duncan very, very well over his career. Although it has been Parker killing us more than Duncan, so it could have been a non-factor anyways.

I knew that was the first thing u would say:p but that would be a wrong move because that would hurt our bench maybe puting Wells on the bench and martin starting to some what impove it.

I'm with you. Don't see the reason to have any of our starters out there at this point. Sure, we may lose by 50 since they are so much deeper than theirs, but is losing by 50 with our 2nd team in there any more embarrassing than losing by 35 with our starters playing their bench? This game was embarrassing, and hopefully a wake up call to the Kings. We need to play much, much better than this to even look like we belong on the same floor as the Spurs.

This brings up a truth;

Whether today we lost by 50 or by one, we still lost only one game.

What's important now is game 2.

That's why I made the comment that starting SAR wouldn't have made a difference.

I don't think Pop can really stop them from feeling good, and I can't blame them one bit.

I just hope he has a reason to yell at them next game :D

I'd still like to see SAR start game 2. He can at least somewhat body-up Duncan and has a chance to score on the other end. Thomas has no chance of getting anything offensive going while up against Duncan.

P.S.- When does Tony Parker's contract expire?

I thought the same thing at first but that would just hurt the bench since thomas doesn't play well of the bench.
