It feels wrong to be extremely harsh on Kings after a half where they are down 1 point on a road , but this was very very disappointing performance so far imo

Thank goodness Barnes has been stepping it up offensively lately, this would have been one of those games where the Kings are down 10 at half instead of 1.

Not a tactic they'll be able to rely on against teams not in the bottom third of the standings. They need to figure this defense thing out.

I wouldn’t call it a tactic, it’s not intentional. I agree they need to figure it out before the game instead of halftime adjustments

Fox's D on the last play of the half was embarrassing, totally losing site of his man on the baseline. And with his in-laws in the stands no less.

I'm gonna say it: I do NOT enjoy that DFox roll-the-ball-up-the-floor move. Ugh. And then when no other King touches the ball before the shot goes up? Nah. Don't like it.

Momma said there'd be days like this, but, generally, this game is not enjoyable.

Mitchell misses a three, long rebound , Spurs are trying to go fast and Damion hustles back to cause a travel. I wish that was a constant from everyone

The sad thing is that Davion's defense rubbed off on the whole team for the first few weeks of his rookie year, then everybody just went back to minimal effort.

Good for Sochan.

I think bad free throw shooters should be required to adopt an ugly uncool free throw form that works better than standard(one handed, underhanded, whatever). I mean, it’s your damn job. I don’t care if it makes you look lame. The hook shot and effective free throw forms have been abandoned because they don’t look cool. Byron Scott said that once and I agree with him

I think Clint Capela also adopted the Rick Barry form during his first season until he became better than a 17 percent FT shooter or whatever he was. Now he’s like 60 percent.
